After an onslaught of razor sharp wordplay on their last single, DMV rapper T.Lucas takes you on a walk down memory lane as he recalls a failed relationship over lush mellow vibes produced by Jazzy, Lofi Hip-Hop vet, Substantial. Wishing Well features singer/songwriter, Stephanie Gayle who graces the song with soulful R&B vocals over snapping drums, subdued keys and live bass by Malik Hunter (Black Milk, Tall Black Guy).
This serves as another taste of T.Lucas and Substantial's upcoming EP, Dirty Sneakers' which drops in late Spring. The EP consists of five tracks produced by Substantial with verses by T.Lucas and features DJ RBI, JDA and Stephanie Gayle.

The duo trade bars over a track self produced by Sub reminiscent of Golden Era 90s Boom Bap with masterful cuts by DJ RBI as the cherry on top. Lyricism, or a return to lyricism, is the new balance.
